Rahul Gandhi, at the Congress party’s legal conference on Saturday, alleged that the 2024 Lok Sabha elections were rigged and claimed that the Election Commission is no longer functioning independently in India.
“The Lok Sabha election can be rigged and the 2024 Lok Sabha election was rigged,” said Rahul Gandhi, saying that his party now has data and documents to prove the allegations. “We are going to prove this, we have data now.”
Gandhi revealed that in one Lok Sabha constituency, the party examined the voters’ list and discovered that out of 6.5 lakh voters, 1.5 lakh were fake. “In one Lok Sabha constituency, we checked the voter list. We found 1.5 lakh voters turned out to be fake,” he claimed.
The Congress leader didn’t stop there. He claimed the ruling BJP’s majority hinged on this alleged fraud. “Had they got 15-20 seats less, he (PM Modi) wouldn’t have become Prime Minister.”
