JLR production hit by cyber attack

MUMBAI:
Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) has been impacted by a cyber attack. The company stated it shut down its systems to mitigate the impact.
The cyber attack happened late evening on Sunday that impacted the production of vehicles.
“JLR has been impacted by a cyber incident. We are now working at pace to restart our global applications in a controlled manner. At this stage, there is no evidence that any customer data has been stolen but our retail and production activities have been severely disrupted,” JLR mentioned in a statement.
