A young social media influencer from Punjab was found dead under mysterious circumstances in Bathinda on Wednesday. Her body was discovered inside a parked car at the Adesh Medical University campus.
The deceased has been identified as Kanchan, also known as Kamal, a resident of Laxman Nagar in Ludhiana. Authorities have confirmed that the vehicle in which her body was found is registered in her name.
Kanchan had a notable presence on social media and had been involved in several controversies online.
Police have launched an investigation, and a post-mortem examination is scheduled for today.
