Eluru: A school bus veered off the road and crashed into agricultural fields after its steering rod broke, causing the driver to lose control. Local residents acted swiftly, breaking the bus windows to safely rescue all 27 children on board. The incident took place at Peddakamanapudi in Mudinepally mandal.
The injured students were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
