Two terrorists attempting to infiltrate across the Line of Control (LoC) in the Gurez sector of Jammu and Kashmir’s Bandipora district were killed by the Indian Army on Thursday.
The operation took place near Naushehra Naar, where alert troops engaged a group of infiltrators attempting to cross into Indian territory. Two terrorists were killed in the exchange of fire.
Following the encounter, a search operation has been launched in the area to ensure no further infiltration or movement.
